(Carrot Pancakes)

Here is English version of this recipe - http://vadanikavalgheta.googlepages.com/carrotpancakes

Carrot Pancakes

  1. These are so good, Mints.
We like pancakes too, and though we do eat eggs, the eggy smell and taste in most recipes puts us off.
So I have also come up with a few recipes to suit us.
Thanks for the entry to WBB>

  3. Harini, Priya - Thank you!

Aparna, I did not eat eggs mainly due to the smell and later stopped due to becoming partial(?!) vegan.

  12. Hi Mints

Nice blog and delicious recipes!! I recently tried your Moogacha dosa recipe and it was very very tasty.

We are great fans of pancake too!! We are currently using the instant pancake mix but like you mentioned this looks healthier too. I am definitely going to try this recipe.

Could you please tell me If I can find javas pood and soyabean flour in indian store?

I am in bay area so probably I should be able to get these items easily.

  13. Sampada, Thank you.
You will be able to get both of these in Trader Joes dont have to go to Indian store. Also you can skip the soyabean flour and use oat flour.
