Mom's Karanjis

Happy Diwali

  5. Happy Diwali Mints.
Nice karanjis. They look so pretty with the twists on the outside and the filling is one of my favorite. The marathi recipe is a little bit too sophisticated for me to read or understand but I can tell by your picture they are yummy. I agree with Priya on the delicateness of your fingers. :)

  7. Hi Mints, it was such a treat not just to watch you make the karanjis but to listen to your Marathi voiceover. I spend months without speaking any Marathi simply because I don't have any Maharashtrian friends here and Desi doesn't speak it, and I do miss it!
Watching the process was amazing and educational-- thank you! Hope you had a great Diwali.
