(Quinoa Pulav)

Quinoa

  2. Thanks for introducing me to this wonderfully nutritious grain. I eat it now as an alternative to rice. Cooks effortlessly, has a nuetral taste and is so healthy!

I think this grain doesn't have much of a taste on its own. So it tastes like whatever seasoning you put on it while cooking. Leaves room for a lot of innovation,I guess :) (Although I prefer to stick to this basic, readymade recipe owing to laziness and lack of creativity! :P )

And I don't think this might be having an Indian name because it is originally from South America (Jay Google!). I am unaware of whether it's available in India or not, though.

    It just occured to me,
