I enjoy baked fruits in any shape or form. So baked fruits make amazing healthy dessert on those hot summer days.
Baked peaches and blueberries with Vanilla Ice Creme
1 tbsp Sugar
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Preheat the oven at 325 degree Fahrenheit. Cut the peach in half and take out seed. Thinly slice the 2 halves. Arrange sliced peaches in the baking tray and add washed blueberries. Squeeze orange juice on top of the peaches and blueberries and then sprinkle sugar on top. Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Take off the tray from oven and let it cool for about 5-7 minutes. Take scoop of Vanilla Ice cream in a bowl and add baked fruits on top.
I do not eat ice cream so I just had the baked fruits by itself and it was delicious.
